Delivery & Returns

 

We aim to deliver your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Orders placed between Monday-Friday before 5 pm will begin processing that day and shipped as soon as possible via Royal Mail. Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will begin processing on that day but shipped out on the following Monday. It may take longer to process your delivery on Bank Holidays or at Christmas.

If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

If you have provided any incorrect information when purchasing you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

If re-delivery is unavailable we are not responsible to refund or send a replacement item.

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, through email or place the invoice you received in the package you wish to return clearly stating “return”.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially appears on your account Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us atcontact@deepsclothing.com

Sale

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at: sales@deepsclothing.com. We will then review the request. If approved, send your item to: 15 Amberton Grove, Leeds, LS83JL, United Kingdom.
